Many apartment building built in 60’s-70’s are vacant due to their old facilities cannot meet current needs. The old layout cannot accommodate the ever changing modern life style. We use a typical 550sf one bedroom as our case study model, see what new technology and ideas could elevate the old space to a acceptable and even desired one.
